The Point: A Declaration for Life

Yesterday I said it’s time to speak up against the growing tide of abortion madness sweeping the country. Here’s how we can do just that. Our friends at Focus on the Family have launched a “See Life Clearly” campaign, which will culminate May 4 in New York City. On that day, the Focus team “will broadcast live 4-D ultrasounds on a massive digital marquee in Times Square.” They’re calling it “Alive from New York…” Get the reference? Join the campaign. Start by signing the “Declaration for Life,” which states that science and Scripture both affirm life in the womb as “wonderfully and fearfully made,” and that abortion is incompatible with “compassion, freedom, and equality.” By signing, you’ll be committing to act: advocating for pro-life legislation, demanding an end to government funding of abortion, endorsing pro-life judges and candidates, supporting pregnancy care centers, promoting adoption, and praying for the end of the scourge of abortion.
