Doing—and Defining–Justice

All around us we hear calls for justice: social justice, economic justice, LGBTQ justice, racial justice, and even “reproductive” justice. But these demands are often undergirded by radical views about morality, fairness, the human person, and, thanks to critical theory, about power dynamics.

I hear from many Christians who very concerned about false worldviews being smuggled into the Church through these misguided views of justice that they want to abandon it all together. So how can Christians work for justice within a Biblical framework, grounded in the biblical truth that every person is made in God’s image? That’s the topic of our next Colson Center Short Course. Our leader will be Thaddeus Williams, author of the outstanding new book Confronting Injustice Without Compromising Truth.

The Short Course will run on consecutive Tuesdays February 16th through March 9th. Each session begins at 8 PM Eastern and includes a question and answer period. If you have to miss any of these live sessions, you can always get the recording and watch it later. And we’re making the first session free of charge, but space is limited, so register today at BreakPoint.org/Williams. That’s BreakPoint.org/Williams.
