No matter what you believe of her jurisprudence, Justice Ginsburg was a historic figure who followed her worldview relentlessly. As Dr. Al Mohler pointed out, she mattered just as much to those on the left as Justice Antonin Scalia meant to those on the right.

And yet these two judicial giants—polar opposites on the issues—were close friends, examples of civility that our nation right now so desperately needs.

The next 40-some days will be really interesting, to say the least, with the President vowing to nominate a replacement and the Democrats warning of a “descent into the abyss.”
